After the operation, said group of investors has acquired a relevant share in the capital, as stated in CNMV Madrid, August 7, 2019.- Amper has carried out a corporate reorganization in recent years and is in full execution of its 2018-2020 Strategic Plan, in which framework it expects an increase in turnover from the 70 million that it invoiced in 2017 to the almost 350 million that it expects to invoice at the end of 2020. Part of this Strategic Plan has already been fulfilled. Amper is working to achieve the ambitious goals set. The operation described will provide the Company with greater shareholder stability, in the context of the new relevant participation of a Family Office with a long-term vision, consistent with organic and inorganic growth and the creation of value that is being implemented in this phase.
