AMPER GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION IN THE FIELD OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND IoT WITH THE ACQUISITION OF A STAKE IN ALFRED SMART SYSTEMS S.L.
The Spanish multinational has acquired a 25% stake in ALFRED SMART SYSTEMS S.L., giving it control and consolidation of the company. This transaction reinforces Amper’s strategy of developing IoT solutions in the field of Digital Transformation and is part of the Amper Group’s 2021-2024 Strategic Plan.
Madrid, 31 August 2021 – AMPER Group – a listed Spanish multinational – has acquired, through the subscription of a capital increase aimed at AMPER, a 25% stake in the Spanish company ALFRED SMART SYSTEMS S.L., which allows it to control and consolidate the Spanish company. This operation is part of the company’s 2021-2024 Strategic Plan, from which AMPER Group will invest 1.25 million euros in the development and promotion of the Business Plan of ALFRED SMART SYSTEMS S.L.
With this acquisition, AMPER Group reinforces its strategy, expanding its portfolio of IoT technological solutions and its competencies in the digitalization of all types of spaces, and strengthens its position as an international benchmark in technological development.
ALFRED SMART SYSTEMS S.L, specialized in wellness technology, was born in 2017 as a solution that combines technologies for a better Smart Home experience. It combines a multitude of functionalities to make the user’s life easier, bringing quality to the spaces in which they live, work, and interact.
With this acquisition, AMPER Group will be able to improve its solutions also in the Real Estate and Hotel sectors. Services aimed at clients of this type of assets (large hotel groups, tourist flats, SOCIMIs, investment funds…), who, by supporting their digitalization processes, will be able to create new business models, optimize their management costs and generate value propositions.
