• The company showcases its capabilities in C-UAS systems, smart microgrids for critical operations, energy storage, and aeronautical communications modernization.
  • Amper welcomed the Spanish Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, together with a distinguished institutional delegation visiting the fair to support the Spanish Defense Industry.

Madrid, February 9, 2026 – Within the framework of the World Defense Show (WDS), held in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Amper strengthens its international positioning within the Spanish national pavilion coordinated by TEDAE, the Spanish Association of Defense, Security, Aeronautics and Space Technology Companies.

Amper is part of the Spanish industry delegation attending this strategic forum, sharing exhibition space with leading companies such as Indra, Navantia, Escribano, Aertec and Santa Bárbara Sistemas.

On the opening day, Amper received a visit from the Spanish Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, who attended the Spain Pavilion to show her support for the national industry in Saudi Arabia. The Minister was accompanied by a high-level institutional delegation including the Director of the National Intelligence Centre (CNI), Esperanza Casteleiro; the Director General for Defense Strategy and Innovation (DIGEID), Lieutenant General Miguel Ivorra; and the Secretary General for Defense Policy (SEGENPOL), Admiral Juan Francisco Martínez Núñez. This visit highlights the strong institutional backing for Spanish industry in a key international scenario for global projection, cooperation and the strengthening of strategic capabilities.

In the field of protection, Amper is presenting its C-UAS system, an open, multi-sensor platform designed for the detection, classification, identification and neutralization of UAS threats. The solution stands out for its multi-layer interoperability, enabling the integration of multiple sensors and effectors, as well as advanced data fusion to ensure full situational awareness in both military and civilian environments.

In addition, the company is showcasing its portfolio of energy and digital solutions for defense, aimed at ensuring full autonomy, rapid deployment and intelligent microgrid management in critical operations. These systems are designed to deliver resilience and efficiency in scenarios where energy availability is a decisive factor for mission success.

In the field of aeronautical communications, Amper is exhibiting solutions that enable infrastructure modernization through VoIP systems compliant with the EUROCAE ED-137 standard. These systems ensure maximum reliability in airport management and air traffic control, providing critical tools for flight safety.

As part of its cross-cutting technological offering, Amper is also presenting its advanced IMSI solution, a system designed for mobile device detection. Based on a flexible architecture capable of operating across multiple bands and frequencies (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G), this IMSI/IMEI capture technology enables dynamic applications in high-mobility environments such as borders, airports and railway stations, reinforcing security in critical infrastructures.

Through its participation in WDS, Amper reaffirms its commitment to the development of strategic technological capabilities and its ambition to lead in the global Defense market.
