COFIDES, through the Foreign Investment Fund (FIEX), has signed an agreement to invest €20 million for a 30% stake in WindWaves, Amper Group's offshore wind energy subsidiary. This strategic investment will fund the construction of a new manufacturing facility at the Port of A Coruña, upgrades to the As Somozas plant, and the industrial scaling of Rigid Sails for maritime transport decarbonisation. Amper has been awarded the contract to renew the Audio Integration System (SIA) at Metro de Madrid's Central Control Post.
