The company will manufacture two highly complex systems for an offshore project in Argentina and deliver three new orders in offshore wind power for the European market.
Madrid, 11 November 2025. Navacel, an Amper Group company specialising in the execution of complex equipment manufacturing projects for the offshore market, announces the award of five major contracts in the sustainable Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind Energy sectors. The aggregate value of these orders amounts to approximately €25.7 million, consolidating the company’s workload and positioning in its sector, as well as its contribution to the Group’s results.
These include two large orders from a repeat customer in Norway, complemented by two new contracts with a regular customer in the Netherlands and a first major award from a new customer in Spain.
- Two mooring and fluid transfer system projects for Argentina
Strengthening its relationship with one of its key customers, Navacel has been awarded a contract by a leading Norwegian company to supply and manufacture an advanced mooring and fluid transfer system for FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) vessels, floating facilities designed to process, store and offload crude oil and natural gas extracted from underwater deposits. This equipment will be used in a gas export project in Argentina.
With a total value of around €16 million, this is the most ambitious project developed by Navacel for this client. The scope includes the procurement of materials, boilermaking, welding, machining and assembly (including auxiliary components from the client) and hydraulic testing.
- Second and third consecutive contracts of the year for a client in the Netherlands for offshore projects located in Poland and the Netherlands.
Navacel will manufacture three support structures for this client, intended for the installation of auxiliary equipment on offshore towers located in a wind farm in Polish waters in the Baltic Sea, as well as six adaptation rings for the installation of towers in an offshore wind farm located in the Netherlands, respectively.
The value of the orders is approximately €8.1 million. The scope includes the supply of materials, boilermaking, welding, machining, assembly and painting.
- First major contract with a domestic client for a project in the United Kingdom
The company has secured its first major contract with a leading client in Spain for the manufacture of twenty damper structures. These parts will be incorporated into the offshore towers of an offshore wind farm in the United Kingdom, in order to modulate the vibration frequencies of the towers.
This order, valued at €1.6 million, includes the supply of materials, boilermaking, welding and assembly of customer elements, as well as FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
Navacel thus consolidates its order book with these five new projects, the first to be awarded as part of the Amper Group, which are scheduled for completion in 2026 and early 2027.
