Madrid, December 19, 2025 – Amper, through its subsidiary Elinsa do Brasil, has been awarded a major contract with the Equatorial Group for the provision of services related to the modernization and expansion of the electricity distribution network in the Central-West Region of the State of Pará, Brazil. This is an Anchor Contract, a term used in the country to refer to large-scale projects that ensure significant investments and improvements in the electricity distribution and supply infrastructure of a region in Brazil.

The contract, one of the largest in the company’s history, has an initial duration of four years and a value exceeding BRL 840 million, equivalent to approximately EUR 130 million. In addition, it includes an option for a four-year extension, which could significantly increase the final contract value.

The execution of the project will involve the estimated incorporation of nearly 1,000 new professionals into Elinsa do Brasil, assigned to the management and operation of power plants and electrical infrastructure in a region of high operational complexity, providing service to 29 municipalities from four operational bases.

In line with Equatorial’s requirements, Elinsa do Brasil has immediately initiated preparatory transition activities, including mobilization planning, operational coordination with Equatorial’s teams, identification of resources, bases and equipment, as well as the preparation of the operational start-up schedule.

This project represents a significant logistical and infrastructure challenge, which will be addressed under the principles of Amper’s and Elinsa’s corporate culture:

  • People’s safety, as an absolute priority

  • Team commitment and involvement in the services provided, fostering a culture of responsibility and pride of belonging

  • Customer satisfaction, ensuring the effective deployment of new networks, as well as the continuity and quality of electricity supply

The award recognizes the track record, operational capacity and technical strength of Elinsa do Brasil, as well as the confidence placed by the Equatorial Group in its performance, demonstrated throughout the relationship between both organizations.

The contract strengthens Amper Group’s industrial and operational presence in Brazil and consolidates its position as a leading strategic partner in the energy sector in Latin America.
