- Alfred Smart, a company belonging to the Amper Group, specialising in smart building technology with a focus on sustainability and data management using AI, has joined BME’s Pre-Market Environment (EpM).
- With its entry, it joins more than 32 companies in this BME programme, which aims to facilitate the process of listing companies on the stock market.
Madrid, 16th October 2025-BME’s Pre-Market Environment (EpM) welcomed Alfred Smart this October, bringing its network of expanding companies preparing to access the financial markets to more than 32.
Since its launch, the EpM has established itself as a benchmark platform for companies with high growth potential, accompanying them in their preparation process to access financial markets, facilitating their approach to the investment ecosystem and their familiarisation with stock market dynamics.
Its combination of training, visibility and access to a network of investors and specialised partners has helped nine participating companies make the leap to the capital markets, reflecting the success of the model in promoting the professionalisation and growth of the Spanish business fabric.
Part of Grupo Amper since 2021, Alfred Smart is a company specialising in digitising buildings and accelerating their transition to more sustainable, connected and efficient models.
Alfred Smart’s strategy focuses on the digital transformation of buildings through the use of advanced technology and artificial intelligence. Its comprehensive platform allows all building systems to be connected, automated and optimised, from access control to energy management, in order to optimise ESG ratings and international sustainability certifications.
“We are very excited about the addition of Alfred Smart. The EpM is going through a significant period of growth: since last March, this initiative has added twelve new companies and three new partners. The fact that companies are showing interest in training to gain access to the markets is always great news, and it clearly reflects the confidence that the markets convey and the interest that companies have in them,” said Jesús González Nieto, managing director of BME Growth and BME Scaleup.
The addition of Alfred Smart reinforces this positive trend and consolidates EpM as a key environment for technological, sustainable and innovative companies seeking to strengthen their structure and projection before taking the step to the stock market.
EpM’s call for new companies and investors remains open and ongoing.
