Madrid, June 23, 2026 – Amper, through its Brazilian subsidiary ELINSA do Brasil, has signed a new contract with Equatorial Pará Distribuidora de Energia S.A. for the provision of electrical services in the State of Pará, Brazil, within the framework of the Luz para Todos (“Light for All”) Program. Equatorial Group is one of Brazil’s leading publicly traded utilities companies, with a strong presence in power distribution, renewables, telecommunications and sanitation services.
The contract has an expected duration of two years and includes the provision of electrical services such as the construction of medium- and low-voltage networks, installation of equipment and transformers, service entrance structures, internal electrical installations, and consumer unit registration. These activities are supported by proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based methodologies and tools that maximize efficiency and safety.
The project is part of the Luz para Todos Program, one of Brazil’s main public policies aimed at universalizing access to electricity. The initiative focuses on bringing electricity to rural populations and communities located in remote areas, with a particular impact on socially vulnerable territories.
For Amper, this award strengthens ELINSA do Brasil’s position as a leading industrial partner in the Brazilian electrical sector and consolidates the Group’s presence in engineering, construction and maintenance activities related to critical electricity distribution infrastructure.
Furthermore, the contract contributes to the development of essential infrastructure for the social and productive inclusion of rural communities, promoting access to safe and reliable electricity, improving quality of life, fostering local economic development and reducing energy poverty.
This new award is aligned with Amper’s strategy of international growth based on technological and industrial capabilities that contribute to the strategic autonomy of nations, both in defense and national security and in energy independence, including activities related to the electrification of economies and territories.
