The acquisition, backed by COFIDES’ investment, brings Nazca into Amper’s shareholding structure with an approximate 7.75% stake.
Madrid, 30 October 2026 – Amper has completed the acquisition of Teltronic, a Spanish technology company specialising in the development of advanced critical and tactical communications solutions, following the closing of the transaction agreed with Nazca on 15 June.
With this acquisition, Amper takes a decisive step forward in its growth and consolidation strategy in the Defence and National Security sector, incorporating in-house technological and industrial capabilities that strengthen its position as a leading provider of secure and resilient communications solutions for civilian and military mission-critical environments.
The integration of Teltronic will enable Amper to consolidate its leadership position in Spain in communications for Defence and National Security and strengthen its presence in European and global markets, against a backdrop of growing demand for technologies that ensure communications security, interoperability and autonomy in increasingly demanding operational environments.
The acquisition was carried out through Amper Comunicaciones Críticas y Tácticas (Amper CCT), a company controlled by Amper and in which COFIDES holds a stake.
Through the Foreign Investment Fund (FIEX), COFIDES has formalised an investment of €50 million, acquiring a 32% stake in Amper CCT. This investment has helped finance the cash component of the acquisition.
Meanwhile, Nazca has acquired an approximate 7.75% stake in Amper’s share capital following the execution of the capital increase approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting on 1 October, under which shares were issued to Nazca at a price of €5.75 per share.
Nazca’s entry into Amper’s shareholding structure strengthens the ties between the two entities and their shared commitment to developing a long-term industrial and technological project that contributes to the implementation of Spain’s National Defence and Security Strategy and to the country’s strategic autonomy.
