Within the framework of the process of execution and achievement of its 2018-2020 Strategic Plan, the Amper Group communicates that, through its Nervión subsidiary and specifically for its Offshore Naval / Wind Division, it has signed with Navantia the hiring of 5 Floating Platforms for the Kincardine Program, a 50 MW offshore wind farm located in Aberdeen, Scotland. The contract, of more than 23 million euros plus taxes and which involves a year of work for more than 200 operators, consists of the execution of assembly, armament, electricity, etc. within the activities of modular construction and services carried out by Amper’s industrial subsidiary in the Marine Wind Farm, where Amper Industrial is a reference and provides added value. This contract is already the seventh in which Nervión has participated since its introduction in the sector in 2014, becoming a leader in the serial manufacturing of offshore wind farm components. The works will be similar to those carried out in the Windfloat Project for EDP and which is in its final phase.
