The Amper Group has communicated to the CNMV today, the award of two new contracts worth 5.1 and 3.4 million euros. The first one, has been through its subsidiary Nervión Industries (integrated in the Vertical Amper Industrial) and has signed with Cepsa a contract for the construction, in Algeciras, of five Oil & Gas Tanks, for 5.1 million euros. The Amper Group thus reinforces its strategic presence in the client, the geographical diversification of its business and the Portfolio of the Tank Division within its Industrial Vertical, in compliance with its 2018-2020 Strategic Plan. The second, signed yesterday, has been through its subsidiary Amper Rubricall (integrated in the vertical Security and Communications) with Correos Express for the Supply, Repair and Maintenance of 4000 mobile terminals or ERG, for approximately 3 , 4 million euros. With the award of this project, Amper Rubricall achieves, with a single contract, triple the total turnover that this company achieved in 2018, before being acquired by the Amper Group. The Amper Group acquired 75.5% of Rubricall on November 30, 2018 for 1 M euros.
